What is Xanadu’s cancellation policy?
We respectfully request that you give the Spa a minimum of 24 hours notice if you must cancel an appointment. You may notify us directly by calling 970.482.1889. We kindly do not accept cancellations via email.

What time should I arrive for my Spa service(s)?
We ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the start of your first scheduled service. This will allow you time to check in at the front desk, and fill out the appropriate health history questionnaire.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, cash, cashiers check and personal checks.
Can I make a Sunday appointment?

What if I’m late?
Arriving late will limit the time of your treatment, lessening its effectiveness and your enjoyment. We kindly request that you notify us via phone by dialing 970.482.1889. This helps us incorporate your reserved service without creating an inconvenience for our following guest.
How should I tip my specialist?
Gratuities are always greatly appreciated with any spa or medical treatment. At Xanadu Med Spa, this informs our specialists that we are meeting your expectations. Please be advised, gratuities are never required.
What should I wear during my massage?
We will provide you with time to change your clothes prior to your spa experience. Because we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged items, we request that you do not bring valuables such as cell phones or jewelry to the spa.
